Don’t miss Kauai Pasta

We frequently drive by Kauai Pasta and say – oh, next time we go out to eat we should go there.

Finally we had the chance and I feel like I have been missing out. Great service, excellent food and a quaint dining area. The menu is similar to most Italian restaurants and the food is simple – yet nicely presented and delicious.

I highly recommend the clams. Made with sausage, garlic and basil in a red sauce and service with grilled garlic bread it is large enough for a meal.

Koloa Landing Phase 1 nearing completion

There has been a huge transformation at Koloa Landing over the last few months. The landscaping is starting to be put in, furnishings have arrived and it looks like Phase 1 will be complete this fall. The developers are adding extra landscaping to reduce the impact on future constructions as well as having some of the resort amenities available prior to the completion of the entire development (laundry, concierge, fitness, pools, etc..)

Also recently posted a ‘Now Hiring’ sign. If you live in the area this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

More information on the much anticipated opening as it is available!

Aloha!
